Take 1-2 sachets dissolved in water. One sachet has enough active ingredients for a daily dose, but you can take an extra one and it should incrementally improve cholesterol levels.

Because of its faecal bulking properties, and its ‘prebiotic’ it may improve your stool frequency but for some may cause bloating⁸.

Oat beta-glucan is made from the cell wall of oats. Therefore it technically contains gluten. However, a lot of coeliacs can tolerate oats, porridge etc. Therefore, it is up to each individual to decide.
